Privacy Notice

This notice explains what we collect when you contact us, request a conversation with an advisor, or use the buying-capacity tool, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible for your data

HARRINGTON ROW PROPERTIES L.L.C

Westburry Tower, Business Bay, Office 804, Dubai, UAE

What we collect

  • Your name and the contact details you provide, including your mobile number and email address.
  • Your country of residence and your time zone, so that we contact you at a reasonable hour.
  • Your preferred contact channel and your intended timeline.
  • In an advisor request: what you are considering — a home, an investment, or still exploring — and any message you write.
  • Any notes you choose to send us.
  • In a buying-capacity brief: the figures you enter, the result it produced, and the profiles you selected.
  • Campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, click identifiers and the referring page.
  • A record of your consent, including its wording version and the time it was given.
  • Internal follow-up records relating to your enquiry.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry.
  • To provide and follow up on the real estate advisory you asked for.
  • To protect the service and prevent abuse.
  • To keep an operational record of the enquiry.
  • To improve the service using aggregated or de-identified data.

Your details are not added to a general marketing list on the basis of the capacity consent.

Who may process your data

  • Authorised Harrington Row staff.
  • Our hosting, database, authentication and email providers, to the extent needed to run the service.
  • We do not pass your details to a property developer without your instruction, unless a binding legal requirement applies.

Processing outside the UAE

Our technology providers may use infrastructure located outside the United Arab Emirates.

Where data is transferred, Harrington Row applies the safeguards required under applicable law. We do not state a specific hosting location without technical evidence for it.

How long we keep it

  • Buying-capacity briefs and advisor enquiries that do not become a client relationship: up to 24 months from the last substantive contact, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
  • If an enquiry becomes a transaction or a client relationship, related records may be kept longer to meet legal and regulatory requirements or to handle legal claims.

The 24-month period is our own operational policy, not a period imposed verbatim by law.

Your rights

  • Request access to your data.
  • Ask for correction of inaccurate data.
  • Ask for deletion where it applies.
  • Restrict or object to processing where it applies.
  • Withdraw your consent to be contacted.

Cookies

  • This site currently uses no marketing cookies and no advertising pixels.
  • Our infrastructure may use cookies that are strictly necessary for security, service operation and authentication.
  • Because there are no non-essential tracking cookies, no cookie banner is shown.
  • Any future analytics or advertising tooling will require a separate consent review before it is switched on.

Security

Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised staff and protected by technical controls. No system can be described as absolutely secure, and we make no such claim.
